Delivery
Our standard delivery for mainland UK delivery is £4.00.
Orders are always despatched within one working day of receipt of the order allowing 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
In the event of an item out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.
All international orders please contact us for a price and we will always sort something out (the site is currently under construction for this facility).
Returns
At thecountrycottageshop.com any damaged goods will be replaced or refunded once we receive the item back. Delivery charge will be refunded on all damaged goods returned for a refund.
If you are not happy with any of our products we will always give a full refund including the shipping charges. Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new).
